The website presents my services in website development, online stores, applications and artificial intelligence solutions, along with samples of previous work. It is informational in nature.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, design, graphics, logo and source code — is my intellectual property and is protected by Greek and European copyright law.
Copying, reproducing, modifying or republishing any part of it without prior written permission is prohibited. Linking to the website is welcome.
Third-party names, logos and marks that may appear belong to their respective owners.
4. Project showcase
Projects shown in the "Work" section are published as samples of work. Where a client name appears, it is published with that client's agreement. Copyright in the delivered projects belongs to the respective clients.
5. Accuracy of information
Every effort is made to keep the information accurate and current. However, no guarantee is given that the content is always complete or free of errors. Service descriptions are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer.
6. Quotes and engagements
Sending a message through the contact form does not create a contract. Any engagement is governed by a separate, written agreement setting out scope, cost, timelines and payment terms.
7. Digital products
Where digital products (templates, plugins, prompt packs) are offered, their sale and delivery may be handled through an external platform (e.g. Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy). In that case, that platform's terms of sale and refund policy apply in addition and will be referenced on the product page.
8. Limitation of liability
I accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Every effort is made to keep the site available, but availability is not guaranteed.

The website contains links to external websites and social media platforms. I do not control their content and accept no responsibility for it.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of my registered seat have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
